Double Booking Hell - YoungTraveler Seinz

Recently attempted to stay at this holiday park and after 5hours of being on the facility and setting our tents we found out that we were double booked and another couple was booked on the same site ! WE were then asked if we could move.. WE are a group of girls who have never been camping before who just managed to put up our tents in the whole 5hours were there only to be told to take them down and move! the staff didn`t even give us the time of day.... What has upset me is that they knew the other couple were in a motor home and was easily mobile whoever the still wanted up to unpeg our tent and move! RUDE and do not reccomend AT ALL

Have stayed here with our children on several occasions. The park has great facilities and agree the staff are very helpful. Handy to the beach but if the beach isn`t your thing you never have to leave the camp as everything is there. Kids programmes are a bonus with an easter egg hunt organised and run by staff over Easter weekend. Highly recommended.

I stayed at waihi Top Ten Holiday park Queens birthday it was the best holiday I have ever had. Clean friendly staff who went out of there way for us even when there was a power failure nothing was a bother. The pool is great the staff are great there is a great variaty of activities for young and old. Go Waihi Beach
