On the Catlins Coast surrounded by native bush, native birds. Peacefulsetting, adjacent to tennis courts and bowling club. Across road tochildren's park. 400m to safe beach, swimming, surfing. Shop, cafe bar.5km to Clutha River trout and salmon fishing. 10km to Nugget Point seals, sealions, yelloweyed penguins and large variety of sea birds.

A sweet old style camp. Simple and not fancy but tidy. Easy walk to the beach and great restaurant. Not to big and best of all located next to a wonderful forest preserve with unique NZ plants and trees-not to mention birds. You can walk right down the trail that starts at the campground. One of our favorite hidden treasures in NZ.
