Excellent bush and lake setting. Local environment offers bush walking, kayaking, trout fishing, water skiing, swimming, mountain biking and simply relaxing. Wake up to the sound of native birds in a park like setting surrounded by bush. Full range of accommodation including hedged powered sites. No sulphur smell, a great place to stay.

Nice area - did`nt like the shower set-up because the shower heads are to low ( even for a short person ) and also the hot water works on coins. Just some advice to future campers , do not stay in campsites 1-9 as they are basically next to the busy main road
