Blenheim Bridge Top 10 Holiday Park

Thiss was a very good stay just before we caught the ferry back to the north island - close to town, shop and restaurants. Friendly staff on closing time, well done.

We really enjoyed our stay at this holiday park, good facilities and very friendly staff. Very clean and tidy.

We stayed here for 1 night on the 20th of July 2009. We are very disappointed with this holiday park. Here are the facts:
1. In the room, there is only a pathetic small heater on a 1-hour timer in the middle of winter. It was freezing cold after the timer cut off the heater after the 1st hour. We shivered during the entire night and didn`t get a proper sleep at all.
2. No electric blanket makes the winter night unbearably cold.
3. We have found this holiday park overly-priced as compared to the other Top 10 holiday parks we have stayed in South Island.
4. This is the ONLY holiday park we have encountered in South Island taking our credit card number for security despite paying for all fees upfront.
5. The mattress sinks when lying on it. Uncomfortable for my poor spine.
Overall, we are not impressed with this place, and will not recommend our friends to stay here if they visit Blenheim.

its not the best place

We stayed here and loved the place. So convenient to and from the ferry and the place is lovely, clean and tidy. we stayed in a basic cabin and were very impressed. We have camped for years and this is one camp we will definately go back to.
