as an overseas visitor i was appalled at the offhand, arrogant ,rude behaviour of the owners/custodians get rid of them before the world cup or anybody staying here will think Basil Fawlty has retired to Auckland..shameful customer service

great location spolit buy gouging pricing and appaling customer service - to the point they over-book the site then have campers parked on the toilet dump station overnight
Not to be recommended particularly tourists who will leave with the worst possible opinion of us all

Have to agree with previous reviews. Excellent facilities and location but spectacularly rude and unfriendly staff who didn`t make us feel at all welcome.

The facilities are lovely and the location is excellent shame about the grumpy owners. Were short and sharp from the moment we arrived.
